About The Movement

Welcome to the Well Mamas Movement, a community created by our passionate co-founders, Alyson Calloway and LaKeisha Entsuah. Their vision was to provide a dedicated space for Christian moms who want to integrate their faith into every aspect of their lives. Recognizing the gap in existing spaces that either solely focused on faith or other areas of a woman’s life, Alyson and LaKeisha combined their unique expertise to build a platform that fulfills their shared desire.

Driven by their individual brands, Alyson’s focus on Christian motherhood and LaKeisha’s emphasis on wellness, they united their strengths to establish the Well Mamas Movement. This movement celebrates the belief in living a God-designed wholistic life, where faith and wellness intertwine harmoniously.

At the Well Mamas Movement, we strive to create a nurturing and empowering community that supports Christian moms on their journey. Through our platform, you’ll find a wealth of resources, meaningful connections, and practical guidance. We offer insights on integrating faith into motherhood, fostering wellness practices, and navigating the challenges and joys of daily life as a Christian mom.

Meet Alyson

Hi there, I am Alyson Calloway, a multifaceted mama on a mission to help others live their purpose out loud. By day, you’ll find me conquering the corporate + entrepreneurial world as a Certified Professional Life Coach & Business strategist, speaker, minister, author, community leader and corporate pro. I am also a proud member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated. With a Bachelor’s degree and an MBA from Florida A&M University and certificates in Entrepreneurship and Strategic Management from both Cornell and Northwestern University, I have my share of expertise and have developed an unwavering commitment to professional development.

Beyond my corporate + entrepreneurial pursuits, my true calling lies in empowering others to walk in their God-given authority and live purposeful lives. In addition to the Well Mamas Movement, I am also the founder of The Purpose Pact which offers coaching and consulting services for aspiring “mompreneurs,” assisting them along their path towards a purpose-driven life.

My true source of strength comes from God and I am so grateful that He blessed me with the responsibility of stewarding the life of my son – being his mama is my most treasured role!

Fueled by purpose and guided by faith, I am committed to ensuring that moms give themselves permission to embrace their God-sized potential and show the world what it means to live with grit, grace, and a whole lot of God.

Meet LaKeisha

Hello, I’m LaKeisha A. Entsuah, a millennial with over 15 years of experience in the corporate world. Through my journey, I have developed a unique set of strategies to help women leaders achieve greater work-life balance. As the founder of Legacy Consulting Co., I leverage my expertise to assist organizations in creating efficient and streamlined systems and processes.

My focus on systems and processes has enabled my clients to eliminate chaos, increase efficiency, and allocate more time to important projects. With a background in quality operations and corporate training, as well as 10 years of entrepreneurship experience, I bring a well-rounded perspective to the table. My educational background includes undergraduate studies in organizational psychology and a certificate from Cornell University’s Women in Entrepreneurship program. Currently, I am pursuing biblical counseling at Palmer Theological Seminary’s school of Christian education.

I firmly believe that work-life balance is vital for the success of any business. Drawing from my own approach to life, I inspire my clients to increase productivity without sacrificing their well-being. When I’m not working, I prioritize spending quality time with my family and friends.

On a personal level, I anchor my life in the word of God and strive to raise my three daughters, aged 10 and 5-year-old twins, to reflect our faith. They are my greatest inspiration in the work I do.
